In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Peakbyte Innovations Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order. The following explains our cancellation procedures and conditions. 

Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order if: 

  • The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever comes first. 
  • Cancellation requests are submitted by contacting customer support via email. 
  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

  • Orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled. 
  • However, you may return the item after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy. 

Modifying Existing Orders 

  • Changes to items or delivery details cannot be made after an order is placed. 
  • To make modifications, you must cancel an eligible order and place a new one.
