Shipping and Delivery Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We strive to ensure all orders are delivered safely and on schedule.  

Shipping Coverage  

  • Deliveries are available to all serviceable pin codes within India.  
  • International shipping is currently not offered.  

Order Processing  

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.  
  • Once processed, a confirmation email with complete order details will be sent to your registered email address.  

Delivery Timelines  

Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

Deliveries may not be completed due to:  

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.  
  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.  
  • Package refusal upon delivery attempt.  

Action: If delivery fails for any of these reasons, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may contact our support team to request re-shipment.  

Damaged or Lost Orders  

  • Damaged Packages: Inform customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.  
  • Lost Orders: If a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification with the courier partner.
