By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to comply with the return and refund procedures outlined below. 

Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be satisfied: 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. 
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned along with the product. 
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team. 
  • Items not meeting these requirements will be rejected for return. 

Initiating a Return 

  • Submit Request: Email your return request including Order ID and reason for return to peakbyteinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com. 
  • Provide Proof: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to ensure faster processing. 
  • Follow Instructions: Upon approval, we will provide detailed steps to complete the return. 

Note : Returns failing to meet these requirements may be declined at our discretion. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • All returned items are inspected to ensure compliance with our return policy. 
  • You will receive a notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully completed. 

Partial Refunds 

If a returned item only partially meets the criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
